Black Metal festival, July 2-3, 2010 - Bernau near Berlin (DE)

The expectations on this greatest little festival on Avant Garde Black Metal were high for Glorior Belli, which was announced as “one of the best French acts around these days. With the help of Jay and Darren of Unearthly Trance they now have the ability again to bring their occult manifestations back on stage. Glorior Belli haven't played live in 2 years and never since their last record got out so this should be highly expected!”. Their show and musical performance was absolutely great indeed. Mortifera is another band by Sir Noktu Geiistmortt known for his work in Celestia, Peste Noire and others. They gave a live performance of their Necro Black Metal which was appreciated well by the audience. The festival ended with Angst Skvadron , the brainchild of Norwegian musician T. Nefas, known for his work in Urgehal, Kvist, In Lingua Mortua, Vulture Lord and Beastcraft, among others. They performed their first live gig outside of Norway at Under The Black Sun 2010. Angst Skvadron plays depressive, psycedellic, alien death metal, or ‘what ever the hell you want to call it’ music! They integrated theatre with the music, which made it all in all a very interesting performance.
