Around 4 p.m. the weather changed to rain. Despite this the abunding daylight proved less suitable for the black metal of Urgehal. Six Feet Under was another big name that stirred the show. Later that evening Behemoth impressed with their extreme routine wrapped in a mysterious show, that kept the audience fetterd to the stage despite the pouring rain. Twilight of the Gods is a Bathory tribute project, consisting of: Alan Nemtheanga (Vocals - Primordial), Nick Barker (Drums, Lock Up ex CoF, ex Dimmu Borgir, a.m.o.), Patrik Lindgren (Guitar, Thyrfing), Iscariah (Bass, Stian Smørholm, ex Immortal) and Blasphemer (Guitars, Rune Eriksen - Aura Noir/Ava Inferi).Their premiere performance, as the main act on Day One, was a big challenge but turned out fabulously and to be a very touching happening. Evocating emotions is clearly Alans strong point, even though he often sang very out of key. The audience, respectfully, remained in a gaze of awe, standing in the pouring rain, until the last chords had died away and one could revert to drinking beer at the after party, until late.
